Which robot dog should you get?
- For a child under 10: a toy robot dog. Cheap, tough and fun.
- For a teenager or anyone learning to code: the Petoi Bittle X. You build it, then program it.
- For the "I want a real robot dog" moment: the Go2 Air. It is the one you see on social media, and it is the cheapest legged dog sold in the UK.
- For research, teaching or your own software: go straight to the Go2 EDU. The Air and Pro cannot run your own code, and there is no official upgrade to EDU.
- For industrial inspection: Spot, through Boston Dynamics sales.
